Do I need a boating license to rent a powerboat or pontoon?
No, you don’t need a boating license, as we provide you with a temporary license when you arrive at the rental office.
Is there a security deposit required for boat rentals?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all boat rentals and is 100% refundable upon the safe return of the boat in the same condition as before the rental.
What is the minimum rental period for the boats?
The minimum rental period for our boats is 2 hours. In July and August, the minimum rental period is 4 hours.
Can I extend my rental period if I want to keep the boat longer?
Extensions of rental periods may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to extend your rental period.
Are there any restrictions on where I can take the boat?
Our watercraft are not allowed within 150 meters of the shore. This is to ensure the boats do not run aground. Please follow all local boating regulations and guidelines provided by our team at the time of rental.
What should I do in case of an emergency or breakdown?
Our boats are equipped with safety equipment. In case of a breakdown or emergency, please first refer to the instructions given to you at the time of your orientation. If further assistance is needed, please contact our team immediately for assistance.
Can I bring my own food and beverages on the boats?
You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks on board the boats. It is important to note that any spills or stains may incur additional cleaning fees.
Can I rent additional equipment, such as water skis or tubes?
Yes, we may offer additional equipment rentals, such as wakeboards, water skis, and tubes, depending on availability. Please inquire with our team for more information and pricing.
What is the procedure for returning the boat?
Please follow the return procedures provided by our team. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to our team upon return.
